Agreeing to these terms

VIDA is operated by LIVEVIDA (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using livevida.app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use VIDA. You must be at least 18 to use the service.

What VIDA is

VIDA is a planning and reflection tool. It uses AI to hold a structured conversation about your life, build an assessment you review and correct, generate a plan, and check in with you weekly. Its suggestions are generated by software based on what you tell it.

What VIDA is not

VIDA is not a doctor, therapist, financial advisor, or lawyer, and nothing it produces is medical, mental-health, financial, or legal advice. Its plans are a starting point for your own judgment, not a substitute for professional care.

If you are dealing with a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or a crisis line (in the U.S., call or text 988) — not VIDA.

Alpha status

VIDA is in alpha and currently free. That means features will change, break, or disappear; data models may be reset; and the service may be interrupted. We'll be as careful as we can with your data (see the Privacy Policy), but you use an alpha product with that understanding. If we introduce paid plans later, we'll tell you clearly before anything costs money.

Your account and your conduct

• Keep your password secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Use VIDA only for your own life planning, and only in lawful ways.
• Don't attempt to probe, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service, and don't scrape or resell it.

Your content and our service

What you share with VIDA stays yours. You give us the limited rights needed to operate the service — to store your conversations, process them with our AI providers, and show you the results. The VIDA software, brand, and site content belong to LIVEVIDA, and we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service while these terms are in effect.

Disclaimers and limits on liability

VIDA is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIVEVIDA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on VIDA's output. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months — which, during the free alpha, is zero.

Ending things

You can stop using VIDA and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@livevida.app. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LIVEVIDA is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
