VIDA explores six domains of your life one at a time: Health, Relationships, Work, Money, Lifestyle, and Meaning. It asks one question, listens to your answer, then asks the next question based on what you actually said — not a predetermined script.
If an area of your life is stable, VIDA confirms it and moves on. If an area has complexity, it goes deeper — following the threads that reveal what's actually going on underneath the surface.
As the conversation progresses, VIDA surfaces insights you haven't connected yourself — tensions between domains, patterns that appear across multiple areas, strengths you haven't recognized. These aren't generic observations. They're specific to what you've said.
